Understanding TextNinja Plans and Billing

This article explains how TextNinja plans and billing work, when charges happen, and how plan changes affect your account.

If you ever have questions about a charge, invoice, or plan change, this is the best place to start.

How TextNinja billing works

TextNinja is billed on a recurring basis, usually monthly.

Your billing cycle starts as soon as your account becomes paid. All future charges are processed automatically at the start of each billing period unless you cancel.

You can view your current plan and billing details at any time from your account settings.

Free trials and adding a payment method

Some TextNinja plans include a free trial.

If you add a payment method during your trial, your account is upgraded immediately and your payment method is charged right away. The trial ends as soon as the payment method is added.

If you want to avoid being charged, wait until the trial ends before adding a payment method.

What affects your plan or price

Your TextNinja plan is based on how you use the product.

Depending on your setup, this may include:

  • The plan you select
  • Enabled features
  • Usage related to messaging or conversations

You can review your current plan details in your TextNinja dashboard at any time.

Upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your plan

You can manage your plan from your account settings.

When you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel:

  • Changes take effect immediately
  • Billing updates right away based on the action you take

If you cancel your account, no future recurring charges will be made after cancellation.

Viewing invoices and receipts

All invoices and receipts are available in your account settings.

From there, you can:

  • View past invoices
  • Download receipts
  • Confirm billing dates and amounts

Invoices reflect your account status at the time the charge was processed.

What happens if a payment fails

If a payment fails, TextNinja will retry the charge automatically.

You may see a notification asking you to update your payment method. Updating your billing details usually resolves the issue and helps avoid service interruption.
