How to Add the TextNinja Widget to a Wix Website

This guide shows you how to add the TextNinja text messaging widget to your Wix website so visitors can text your business directly from your site.

The setup only takes a few minutes and does not require any technical experience.

Step 1: Copy your TextNinja widget installation code

1. Log in to your TextNinja dashboard
2. Go to Chat Widget → Install on website
3. Copy the full widget installation code

Keep this page open. You will paste the code into Wix next.

Step 2: Open your Wix site editor

1. Log in to your Wix account
2. Select the website where you want to install TextNinja
3. Click Edit Site to open the Wix Editor

Step 3: Add the code to Wix

1. In the Wix Editor, click Settings
2. Select Custom Code

3. Click + Add Custom Code

   Paste your TextNinja installation code

   Set the options as follows:

   • Add Code to Pages: All Pages
   • Place Code In: Body – end
4. Click Apply

Step 4: Publish your site

1. Click Publish in the top-right corner
2. Visit your live website to confirm the TextNinja widget appears

The widget will not appear in preview mode. It only shows on the live site.

Troubleshooting

• Make sure the site is published
• Refresh the page or try an incognito window
• If you only want the widget on certain pages, change “All Pages” to specific URLs in the Custom Code settings
